Placing an Order
When placing an order, you will be notified by email during the whole process of your purchase and delivery, including order confirmation, payment confirmation, order processing and order shipment.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
UAE and GCC
For domestic UAE orders we use Safe Arrival or Emirates Post tracked service. However, these postal services might be changed time to time considering their operations and the destination of posting. The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout page according to the quantity of the order. Free shipping will be granted to some orders with a minimum amount of purchase according to our shipping policy, when available.
